I have been practising yoga for some years before deciding to get certified. I wanted to become a teacher to spread my passion for the mind-body connection our busy days crave for. I enjoy practising and teaching Vinyasa Flow, a type of Yoga that empowers by accepting our differences through a movement that is mindfully aligned with the breath. I share my knowledge in private and group classes suitable for students of all levels. My classes offer a variety of poses and introduce different breathing and meditation techniques for a balanced, safe and fulfiling practise.
